Measurements on paintings, pictures and prints are image size, paintings, pictures and prints that are in frames have not been examined outside the frame. Painting glass is not insurable Alvord/Munn auction is not responsible for brakeage of glass or frames during shipping. Bracelets measurements are width, inside circumference, opening. Weight on jewelry includes stones, leather from Concho belts and bolos removed when possible.

Shipping Details:
The glass in painting's is NOT insurable therefor if the glass is broke during shipping it is the customers responsibility to have replaced. Shipping charges are per lot! Shipping amount is in items description. These charges are for the Unites states excluding Hawaii, Alaska. Hawaii, Alaska and outside the United States will have additional shipping on top of the fees listed in items description. Box that are larger than a 14" cube will have addition shipping charges, charges will depend on the state you live in, please call prior to the auction and we can give you an estimate of charges this will be on top of the fees listed in items description. Charges are for packing materials, and shipping. Items will be shipped priority US mail or UPS ground. If you want them shipped another way you must pay the additional shipping and insurance charge. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s) all packing material and boxes must be present for shipping company to inspect! Claims cannot be settled until shipping company has completed their investigation and ruled on there findings! Oversize items and paintings that need wooden crates will be charged for crates and additional shipping charges.

We are now requiring a credit card when you register. The item(s) you purchase will be charged to the card provided. If you do not want your item(s) charged to your card prior arrangements need to be made. You will receive an invoice with the item’s and shipping charges from icollector. We will ship items two weeks after payment has been received. You will receive an email from UPS or USPS with a tracking # once items have been shipped.
