Items will be shipped priority US mail or UPS ground. If you want them shipped another way you must pay the additional shipping and insurance charge. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. All items that are insurable will be insured. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS or USPS. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s) all packing material and boxes must be present for shipping company to inspect! Claims cannot be settled until shipping company has completed their investigation and ruled on there findings! Oversize items and paintings that need wooden crates will be charged for crates and additional shipping charges.
