Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s) all packing material and boxes must be present for shipping company to inspect! Claims cannot be settled until shipping company has completed their investigation and ruled on there findings! Oversize items and paintings that need wooden crates will be charged for crates and additional shipping charges.
