We must be notified within 5 day of receiving your item if there is damage. Claims will not be paid until settlement has been made with shipping co. Shipment outside the United States will have additional shipping to be determined once item(s) are packed and shipping fees are determined Oversized items and paintings that need wood crates will be charged for crates.
