Auction Details

Auction is being held in Albuquerque NM at Expo NM fairgrounds in the Lujan Center. No addition fee
Preview Thursday August 7th auction preview 12 pm auction 7:00pm
Preview for Monday auction will be Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm
Monday August 11th preview 9am auction 10 am.

If you are bidding online and plan on picking up your item(s) at the auction location, prior arrangements need to be made. Items will be box immediately after each auction to transported back to our location in Mayhill.
GSW Antiques and Art show will also be at the same location with over 200 dealers. Show opens for sneak preview Friday 2pm 7pm, $75 admission fee, Saturday from 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm $10 admission fee. Come by the auction and pick up a 2.00 discount coupon.

We are now requiring a credit card when you register. The item(s) you purchase will be charged to the card provided. If you do not want your item(s) charged to your card prior arrangements need to be made. You will receive an invoice with the item’s and shipping charges from the internet auction you bid with. We will start shiping items the week of Aug. 18th. You will receive an email from UPS or USPS with a tracking # once items have been shipped.
